As the Spring Equinox arrives, we step into a season of rebirth, renewal, and fresh beginnings. Join me for a special in-person Healing Circle where we will honor the energy of the season, tap into our own inner power, and create space for healing and transformation.
Whether you're on a spiritual journey, embracing mindfulness practices, or simply looking to align yourself with nature’s rhythm, this circle is open to anyone who feels called to connect with their deeper self.

In my world, vibes are everything. This space will be welcoming, gentle, inspiring, and hopeful. We will be planting hopes for spring and leaning into the season of renewal and rebirth.

Hi, I'm Sarah! I'll be your guide and host for our Spring Equinox Circle. I've been practicing energy work and mediumship for over 8 years and I'm excited to share the beauty of the unseen world with you.
When I'm not sitting with clients, you can most likely find me devouring a fantasy book, trying to bake a new cookie recipe, or cuddling one of my cats.
This is my second year hosting an in person Spring Circle in Durham. Not only is it such a special time of year, but it's such a healing experience to gather in-person with people.
I've always found the energy of Spring to be extremely hopeful and uplifting. In times like this, it feels like hope is what we need now more than ever.
If you feel you're feeling tired from winter and the past year, looking for a space to feel filled up, or are wanting to connect with other spiritually inclined folks, this space is for you.

FAQ
DO I NEED EXPERIENCE MEDITATING?
Nope! Come as you are! Whether you meditate daily or just like the idea of meditating, there is space for you! All are welcome.
DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?
Please bring something to write with, a journal, and meditation cushion or yoga mat. If you don't have a meditation cushion, no worries, I have extra to use. There will be chairs available as well.
DO I NEED AN ACTIVE SPIRITUAL PRACTICE?
Nope! While I may introduce spiritual teachings, please come as you are. Take what works for you and leave the rest behind. I'm a big believer that everyone's spiritually is an personal experience and there isn't a one size fits all approach.
WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE THIS DATE?
We will miss you! But also, no worries. I have an online version I'm hosting over Zoom on March 22nd at 4pm EST that I would love for you to join. You can register here. My hope is to offer in person circles once every season.
HOW MUCH IS THE CIRCLE?
It's only $44 to join for this two hour gathering. Your ticket includes the event, flower seeds, tea and light refreshments.
HOW LONG WILL THE EVENT LAST?
We will start the circle shortly after 1:00pm EST. Feel free to arrive a few minutes early to get comfortable and to grab a tea and snacks. We will end at approximately 3:00pm EST.
WHERE SHOULD I PARK?
Our circle is being held at the beautiful Velvet Petal on Broad Street. The street address is 820 Broad St, Durham, NC 27705. There is parking behind the building as well as free street parking.

We will be meeting live to recreate the ritual via Zoom. We will have all the magic of the in person from the comfort of your own home. A recording of the session and flower seed packet will be included your ticket.
