I've always found the New Year to be a really exciting time. Something about it feels like Spring to me. It's fresh, it's new, it's full of endless possibilities. It can feel a bit daunting if you look at it all at once and especially if you start comparing your goals to other peoples. I'm here to simplify it for you and connect you back to your heart.
When I'm not sitting with clients, you can most likely find me bingeing a good book, baking a new cookie recipe, or cuddling one of my cats.
